General Information
Sociable, quick-witted and a bit distant. Rhodi is a well travel former Maelstrom scout who is still trying to find his footing in a post war world. Always one to socialize and trade tails with strangers, but not often in a personal way. Nor does he have roots down this side of the salt, often traveling his route for his Courier service, The Chocobo Express or working for the Bondsmen to keep his completely legal services afloat.Always one to drink on another's tab, or take another's gil he can oft be found in local bars or dens-of-ill-repute enjoying the nightlife and doing his best to forget his time in the war. That or pampering his Adorable Chocobo, Kweh.

The Express specializes in time sensitive, highly private deliveries. This allows Rhodi the freedom (and credentials) to skirt rules and laws when necessary for his other businesses.
